The goal of the event is to form the most settlements that can be connected to your military barracks. The game has 4 difficulty levels, 4 game modes and 2 different game types: Multiplayer and 1 vs 1. 1vs1 mode allows you to play against each other over the Internet, and multiplayer mode allows you to battle your friends and other players that have the game. Game mode is shown below. Multiplayer mode requires a Steam account to play.
The game features six factions, one for each of the Six Ptolemaic Kingdoms. Each faction includes several units, such as cavalry, infantry, naval units, etc. In the final map, the objective is to earn as much gold as possible.
